An elegant rectangular tray, born from the Italian craftsmanship of the 1950s and 60s. On a marquetry-worked wood background, a delicate floral motif is depicted, surrounded by arabesques in lighter wood. Each face reveals a different wood species, offering a play of textures and contrasts.
Its openwork, gilded metal frame, enhanced by two handles, combines aesthetics and practicality. A few minor scratches from use bear witness to its history without detracting from its charm.
